I'm happy to announce my 2nd video game is complete and released for everyone to enjoy. Graveyard Dash is a Halloween themed endless runner game where you see how far you can make it through the cemetery while jumping over obstacles and avoiding spooky enemies. This game was an assignment for the Game Development course I'm taking through George Brown College this fall. It was created in Unity with custom C# coding, and my original pixel artwork. The music is courtesy of Dr. Von Pnok. Link to play the game in your web browser on my profile. #gamedev #gamedevelopment #gamedesign #indiegame #8bit #endlessrunner #halloween
I finished making my first video game! Dungeon Buster is an old school block breaking game in the style of Breakout and Arkanoid. This was an assignment for the course I’m taking on learning Unity and C#. If you’d like to try it out, you can play Dungeon Buster in your web browser.
Watch out for those goblins!
On Sunday I took part in a reality show where I got to run games of D&D… and I won! 🙂
I’ll be taking part in the finals at SkyCon this fall where I’ll be running more D&D and competing for the title of “The Ultimate GM”. The entire show will be finished sometime later this fall. It’ll be fun to see how all the GMs approached the competition and dealt with the last minute changes and challenges they threw at us.
I was interviewed about the competition in this article: Tips from an Ultimate GM Qualifier.
How cool is this?! Heimat Der Katastrophe, an Italian ambient punk / synth group, made a soundtrack for my RPG adventure “Citadel of Evil”.
“The Citadel of Evil” is the soundtrack of the homonymous OSR module for “Strange Magic” RPG, an old school dungeon crawling classic written by Stuart Robertson and edited in italy by Dungeoneer Games & Simulations.”
